Here at Reface Scotland, we pride ourselves in making our customers feel special and unique, which is why I decided to visit one of our customers in Cambuslang after her recent kitchen reface to hear her thoughts on our service.

Stepping into her new kitchen, it amazed me to see how much the kitchen had transformed from being old and tired-looking to fresh and rejuvenated, all in just one day.  The doors had been replaced by gloss white; a simple yet elegant choice, manufactured in our very own factory in Rutherglen.  The worktops had been given a new lease of life with a sleek Diamond Black laminate, cut and shaped to the design of the existing kitchen.  A new touch-control electric hob blended in well with the worktops, and the new sink & taps seemed to finish the look off perfectly; this was now a kitchen that had her very own personal touch.

When asked how she felt about her new kitchen, our customer explained: “The whole process was so smooth from start to finish.  You just felt like you were constantly in the loop; the office staff made sure you knew every step of the process.  During the install itself, there were tradesmen entering and leaving the house throughout the day, doing their specific parts of the job without any hiccups.  It was just so smooth!  My installer was very good, hard-working and professional; he even tidied up after himself!”

She added; “Because I had recently moved into my home, I felt like it held nothing of my own personality.  I had researched countless kitchen companies who were quoting the equivalent of a new mortgage for what I was asking for.  Reface came in, and they had listened to everything I wanted and gave me an affordable price all in one day.  It was quick and easy, with no hard-selling.  What I have now is my kitchen, with my own personal stamp on it, and I have done it without breaking the bank.  I would definitely return again.”
